How to make coconut juice?

Ingredients

1.1 fresh young coconut
2.Sugar or honey (choices)
3.Ice cubes (choices)

Instructions

1. Open the top of the coconut carefully (you can ask someone to help if needed).
2. Pour the coconut water into a glass or bowl.
3. Scoop out the soft white coconut meat using a spoon.
4. Put the coconut water and meat into a blender.
5. Add sugar or honey if you like it sweet.
6. Blend for 30–60 seconds.
7. Pour into a glass.
8. Add ice if you want it cold.
