How to make banana juice?

Ingredients

• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 cup of milk or water
• 1–2 teaspoons of sugar or honey (optional)
• A few ice cubes (optional)
• 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. Peel the bananas
• Remove the banana peel and cut the bananas into small pieces.
2. Put in a blender
• Add banana pieces to the blender.
3. Add milk or water
• Pour in 1 cup of milk (for creamy juice) or water (for light juice).
4. Add sweetener (optional)
• Add sugar or honey if you want it sweeter.
5. Blend until smooth
• Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
6. Serve
• Pour into a glass. Add ice cubes if you like it cold.
