How to make an apples Juice?
Step 1, Wash the apples, take out the seeds, and cut them into slices. You don’t need to peel them.
Step 2, Put the apple slices in a pot. Add just enough water to cover the apples. Don’t add too much water or the juice will taste weak.
Step 3, Boil the apples slowly for 20–25 minutes until they are soft. Put a coffee filter or thin cloth (like cheesecloth) over a strainer and place it on top of a bowl.
Step 4, Scoop the hot apple mix into the strainer and press the apples gently. Juice will go into the bowl. Put the leftover soft apples (mush) in another bowl. Do this until all the juice is out.
Step 5, Let the juice cool down a little and taste it. You can add sugar or cinnamon if you want. If it tastes too strong, just add a little water.
Step 6, You can make applesauce with the leftover mush. Just blend it and add a little sugar and cinnamon.
Step 7, Since this juice has no preservatives, keep it in the fridge and drink it within one week.
