How to make jackfruit juice?

• 1 cup ripe jackfruit flesh (remove seeds)
• 1 cup cold water or milk (your choice)
• 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (choices)
• Ice cubes (choices)
• A pinch of salt (choices, for taste)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Jackfruit
Remove the yellow jackfruit pods from the fruit.
Take out the seeds. Cut the flesh into smaller pieces.
2. Add to Blender
Put the jackfruit pieces into a blender.
3. Add Water or Milk
Add 1 cup of cold water (or milk for a creamy version).
