• 10–12 fresh rambutans

1. Peel the Rambutans
  Use a knife or your fingers to remove the skin.
 Take out the white flesh and remove the seeds.
2. Blend the Fruit
  Put the rambutan flesh into a blender.
3. Add Water
  Pour in 1 cup of cold water.
4. Add Sweetener (Optional)
  Add honey or sugar if you like it sweeter.
5. Add Lemon Juice (Optional)
  For a little sour taste, add lemon juice.
6. Blend Until Smooth

7. Strain (Optional)
